Whether you need assistance with the initial evaluation of a client’s specimen or trademark register search results, navigating a tricky refusal, or learning how to search the trademark register better, I can help. Up to 3 hours of verbal consultation on federal trademark applications at the USPTO ($1,200 value at regular rates), via email, phone, or video conference, with me! (a former USPTO trademark examiner).
This service is for prosecution and maintenance services for trademark applications at the USPTO. These services include: pre-filing application review/consultation; USPTO filing and office action response review/consultation; trademark searching training/consultation; specimen review/ consultation; maintenance filing review/consultation; and cannabis trademark consultation.
This service does not include: TTAB, pre-litigation, litigation, state, or foreign trademark consultation.
25% discount on additional verbal consultation services if you need more than the included 3 hours.
30% discount on USPTO filing and Office Action Responses
Substantive office actions are generally quoted at $1,000-$1,500, depending on the complexity of the issues. Office action rates include discounts for co-pending trademark applications with similar refusal/requirement issues.

This subscription is meant for one individual attorney, law firm, or business. If the client is a law firm or business, any attorney working for that firm or business has access to the services.
